All work will be left clean and tidy after completion of work.
All chemicals will be made safe and dealt with responsibly and all chemicals will be biodegradable and assessed before use and only used if required.
All work carried out professionally I aim to provide a quality services.
Some work requires access to a tap. Outdoor taps are preferred but if non are available, we would require access to an indoor tap if suitable. (only with a low pressure Hose). We accept NO responsibility for any damage that may occur.
NO high pressure hoses will be permitted to be run through a building (except for a garage if there is clear access). However, it would be preferred to have external access.
Any damage that was there before work had commenced or had been spotted during the quotation and agreed upon, we WILL NOT accept responsibility or liability for.
If there is any damage caused during the process, it will be remedied. If there is an issue please contact us immediately .
Any guarantee is subject to the quota and any issues or concerns noted.
As a company, we have a Waste Carrier Permit granted by the Environment Agency.
We have Pubic Liability Insurance and other related insurances.
If working at hight, all safety will be taken very seriously and will including the wearing of fall harness.
HSE is taken very seriously and any concerns will be noted.
Any risks, HSE or COSH issues. Customer will be informed and any measures to minimise risk or danger will be taken.
Payment time, after work completion and with Invoice up to 7 days after invoice date. Other than agreed otherwise and noted on invoice.
Depending on Size and Outlay of job a Deposit may be asked for before commencing Work. This will be mentioned on the Quotation. This is to cover any outlay / Product required for job.
Cancellation without notice is subject to a cancellation fee between 5-10% of the works value of quoted works. Subject to reasons.
