Process

• Drying: Ensure that the surface is completely dry before applying the sealer. Ideally, this may involve waiting for a day or more after cleaning, depending on weather conditions.
• Application: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific sealer being used. Application methods can include rolling, brushing, or spraying.
• Curing: Allow the sealer to cure for the recommended time before allowing foot or vehicle traffic on the sealed surface, We will consult with you about the Dry times before going ahead with any Sealing.

Maintenance

• Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the sealed surface for any signs of wear, damage, or areas that may need resealing.
• Reapplication: Sealer effectiveness diminishes over time, and reapplication may be necessary every few years, depending on the type of sealer used and the level of wear.
• Regular cleaning of surface, Yearly or twice a year to aid in keeping the surface clean and aids in reducing Damage to the sealer.

Sealer Removal or Reaper service 

If you need to remove driveway or patio sealer, the process may vary depending on the type of sealer used (concrete sealer, asphalt sealer, paver sealer, etc.) and the condition of the surface. I have done training on safe removal and to identify the sealant used and safe removal of the sealer. we specialise on most Surface sealer removal and the follow up services required to restore the surface.
